Serge Gorval is one of the two Managing Partners of the firm having established the practice together with Matthew Lynch. He is frequently involved in advocacy on behalf of his clients and has appeared both as an advocate and instructor with leading counsel.  unlike other practitioners, Serge prides himself on having direct strategic involvement in his matters and is supported by a dedicated team of senior and junior associates.
